Business Task: A company needs to analyze and address the gender diversity within its workforce to ensure a balanced representation of male and female employees. A lack of gender diversity can lead to various issues, including unequal opportunities, a lack of diverse perspectives, and potential legal and reputational risks. The primary objective is to create a breakdown of male and female employees each year, starting from 1990, in order to visualize the historical gender distribution within the company.
